These terms govern your use of getrootline.com and the Rootline service. "Rootline" and "Rootline Marketing" are trade names of Logolix OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17170723). By using the site or purchasing the service you agree to these terms.
Rootline builds websites for landscaping and lawn care businesses and provides a monthly system behind them: a quote form that becomes a text conversation, missed-call text-back, honest review requests, and one-button campaigns to past customers. The website build is included at no charge. The system is billed monthly at the flat price stated on our pricing page. Services beyond that scope (for example advertising management or additional pages) are separate and only ever begin if you ask for them and agree to a price first.
The service is month to month. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no setup fee. For as long as you stay continuously subscribed, your monthly price stays the price you signed up at, even if the listed price changes later. You may cancel at any time by telling us by phone or email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period, except as described in the refund section below.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within your first 30 days as a client, tell us and we will refund your first monthly payment in full. No forms and no argument. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment only. After the first 30 days, the standard cancellation terms above apply.
Your Google Business Profile, and every review on it, is yours: you create it, you own it, and we only ever act as a manager you have added. It stays yours permanently, whether or not you remain a client. Your business name, logo, photos, and content you provide remain yours.
The website we build, its hosting, and the software system behind it are part of the subscription and remain ours; access to them ends when the subscription ends. If you cancel, we will not delete anything of yours: on request we will export and hand over the content you provided.
You agree to provide accurate business information, to have the right to any content you give us, and to use the messaging features lawfully. In particular, text messages may only be sent to people who have consented to receive them, and every message flow we set up includes opt-out handling. We may suspend service that is being used unlawfully or to send spam.
We promise the work described above, done properly. We do not promise rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes; anyone who does is guessing. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly for 30 days before starting any formal proceeding. If we cannot resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its date above. Changes that materially affect active clients will be communicated to them directly before they take effect.
